We have a problem with Squid 3 I am using squid3 with ncsa_user auth, and everything works fine. We need assign download limit to user, for example user1 have 50 mb download per month or week or day, and if 50 mb is reached, we must charge account again for user1 I have googled it and read documents for limittinh bandwidth, but we need to limit the download via a quota manager (bspliter in isa server - win)

my OS is : Centos 5.8 with squid 3
