I have a VPS running Windows Server 2008 R2 that I connect to through RDP from my Macbook. On this VPS, I am running WinAutomator - a program that automates tasks, can perform mouse clicks and press keys.
WinAutomator just won't be able to produce mouse clicks unless there is a user logged in.
When I am logged in through RDP, WinAutomator works. When I disconnect, it can't continue to produce mouse clicks because there is no user logged in (only the session stays active). WinAutomator continues to run, but won't do mouse slicks from just the session.
Possibly, I can have WinAutomator run a certain script that will log the user back in once I log out.
Is there any way to log the user back in on Windows 2008 R2? I've tried things like LogonExpert without avail. I need something that I can automate. A script of some sort?
