I'm trying to install Target Process on a Windows 7 machine, but for that I need to install SQL Server Express 2008, but I've been hitting my head on the same problem for a while now.

I found someone in this forum with the same problem I'm having in this link, but after following all the steps I still get the same problem. I check in the security policies in gpedit.msc to see if the modifications I've made are still there after I reset the machine, then I go on to the installation of SQL, but I keep getting the same problem.

Does anyone know what might be wrong?
