I'm testing KVM on Ubuntu 12.04 and I've seen that if I run bonnie++ on guest with this intensive I/O the host KVM process has 50 threads more or less.

How could be possible? Is there any way to limit the number of threads?

why would you limit the number of KVM guest threads on the host KVM process? –  wojciechz Jan 10 '13 at 14:15
The question is that I don't understand why 50 threads. The documentation says that there is only a thread for I/O and one thread for each vcpu. Thanks –  user152820 Jan 11 '13 at 9:48
No one knows why this is happening? –  user152820 Jan 16 '13 at 8:53
