I set up DKIM and SPF on our domain that uses Google Apps to host email. A few hours later, the BlackBerries that were connected to it were not letting us send out emails quoting "General Failure". Ofcourse, no inbound was coming either.
Finally, BlackBerry asked us to re-validate our email addresses and when we entered the password - it said password incorrect. However, when we try to login from browser, it works just fine. PS: SPF was on DNS, DKIM was too, but DKIM wasn't "enabled" on Google Apps.
Currently in the process of removing the SPF/DKIM TXT records. Any input?
