I am using an Ubuntu 12.04 machine. I would like to change the port address of samba server. I found that it can be changed on /etc/init.d/smbd file by adding -p portnumber however when I try to start the service again smbd cannot find -p command. So what could be wrong here? Or are there any other methods to do?
