I'm getting a message that says:

Cannot move the items. You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation.

Things I've tried:

I've checked the security settings for the entire OutlookPSTs folder and made sure that the user has full control. I also set everyone user to have full control just and yet it still gives me the same message Used the .pst repair tool and it still didn't work Removed and re-added the .pst file System restore to the (closest) last known day it was working I'm not really sure if it's a AD/domain issue and/or Exchange/Outlook issue. This goes for every archive/.pst. I just cannot drag n drop or move emails to the archives. Anything else I can try? Thanks in advance.

Have you checked that moving items to PSTs has not been disabled by group policy? This is the sort of error I'd associate with that. – RobM Jan 23 '13 at 20:52
