I have a Win 2008 R2 server with Win7 SP1 laptops and a WIFI. Teachers in and out therefore often work from home but somehow the offline settings is not right on our system. Could someone guide me through what GPOs needs to be done to complete these things?

Teachers when "break" their laptops use each others they know that sync only works in school so they swap in school but this is often falls.

I have only tried manual sync on each laptops but this is clearly bad practice.

Any practical help would be appreciated. Thanks from a dummy
