Apologies if I should be on SuperUser here (I've not quite got the demarcation between the two yet).
I've just installed xRDP on RHEL (Oracle Linux 6, specifically). I've got the service started and can connect from Windows, but when I go to log in I get the following in the connection log
connecting to sesman ip 127.0.0.1 port 3350 sesman connect ok sending login info to sesman login failed
And I can't work out why. The login information is correct, it does the same for both root and non-root accounts, and I can connect fine using VNC. Normally I'd just use VNC, but in this situation it would make my life a lot easier to just allow users to connect with RDP rather than me teaching them to install/use VNC (or more likely, me installing and running VNC for them).
