Is your client using the VPN server for DNS queries? Do you observe the same behaviour when resolving directly from the VPN server? – mgorven Feb 4 '13 at 19:17
wget gets file with no problem and with no delay on VPN server. I also tried clearing my DNS cache on PC for possible conflicts. – Kemal Feb 4 '13 at 19:21
If it can get one image in but can't get another one, it's probably not a DNS issue, unless there's an image cached. – hrunting Feb 5 '13 at 4:36
