I have compiled the netmap drivers on debian wheezy with kernel 3.2.0.4 and ixgbe patched module from netmap drivers code. When I insert the modules after removing default ixgbe module I get the following output.

So until here it seems all fine, but when I try to run the pkt-gen tool which is an example program, here it gives the output

So it seems to me that program is not able to access the device info, I am wondering that I miss something or there is an issue with ixgbe driver code which I am trying to use or something else.
