I'm running pfsense 2.0.1, with dnsmasq as a DNS Forwarder for internal host name resolution on the LAN. I have OpenVPN (tun) also configured to provide remote user VPN access. Because of internal routing requirements, I am using 1:1 NAT for OpenVPN IPs. By doing so, VPN clients are now using the NAT IP range to talk to my LAN hosts.
That's all working great, except dnsmasq returns internal LAN IPs when queried and not IPs which have been NAT translated, so my OpenVPN clients cannot reach them.
Is there any way to get dnsmasq (and/or OpenVPN) configured to hand out translated IPs to NAT'ed clients without needing to set up a separate DNS server?
Please let me know if more detail is required to understand the issue, and thank you very much in advance for any help you can provide.
