I setup Mysql Master Slave Replication but on my slave server I am continously getting below error, I tried all possibles but no luck. FYI I am using Percona Mysql 5.0.92-50-log

130405 5:36:54 [ERROR] Error in Log_event::read_log_event(): 'Found invalid event in
  binary log', data_len: 275, event_type: 18
130405 5:36:54 [ERROR] Error reading relay log event: slave SQL thread aborted
  because of I/O error
130405 5:36:54 [ERROR] Slave: Could not parse relay log event entry. The possible
reasons are: the master's binary log is corrupted (you can check this by running
'mysqlbinlog' on the binary log), the slave's relay log is corrupted (you can check
this by running 'mysqlbinlog' on the relay log), a network problem, or a bug in the
master's or slave's MySQL code. If you want to check the master's binary log or
slave's relay log, you will be able to know their names by issuing 'SHOW SLAVE STATUS'
  on this slave. Error_code: 0
130405 5:36:54 [ERROR] Error running query, slave SQL thread aborted. Fix the
problem, and restart the slave SQL thread with "SLAVE START". We stopped at log
  'mysql-
  bin.000008' position 169396056
130405 5:37:13 [ERROR] Error reading packet from server: error reading log entry (
  server_errno=1236)
130405 5:37:13 [ERROR] Got fatal error 1236: 'error reading log entry' from master
when reading data from binary log
130405 5:37:13 [Note] Slave I/O thread exiting, read up to log 'mysql-bin.000008',

The results of running 'mysqlbinlog' on the relay log

Can you log in slave and run show slave status \G then post the output –  Shâu Shắc Apr 5 '13 at 8:27

As the error message tells you: Check the master binlog at offset 58851546. –  etagenklo Apr 6 '13 at 16:44
