I'm trying to get xrdp running on centos/rhel 6. I installed it from the epel repo (also installed Gnome desktop and tigervnc-server). I'm able to start the service, and also get to the login screen when connecting from an RDP client, but when I try to log in i get a "error - problem connecting" in the login screen.

This is the content of the sesman log:

I also tried installing from source, but the result was the same. I'm wondering where the problem actually lies; VNC server or xrdp itself?

Do you have any type of vnc server installed? –  cole Apr 7 '13 at 1:25
