This is my Virtual Host configuration:

    DocumentRoot /home/myusername/Documents/www

    JkMount /*.jsp ajp13_worker

    Options FollowSymLinks

    ErrorLog ${APACHE_LOG_DIR}/error.log

So my DocumentRoot points to /home/myusername/Documents/www.

The problem when visiting localhost:4001 is this:

  1. If I place index.html in this directory, then it's displayed.
  2. If I place index.jsp in this directory, then the /var/lib/tomcat7/webapp/index.jsp will be displayed.

So my question is:

How to configure Tomcat to handle jsp files from Apache DocumentRoot?
