In Avaya Telecommuter mode, the Avaya IP Office has an option to route the voice call to an Avaya hard/soft phone to a traditional phone in the PSTN. While the TCP traffic for call handling goes to the IP Phone, the UDP traffic carrying the voice is sent via the PSTN.

Is there any such equivalent in Microsoft Lync so that the calls that are supposed to come to my softphone is rerouted instead to my home phone or a mobile phone?

See below link. In Lync you can simple park the call and pick it up from different device.
