I would like to enable FastCGI on my server to enable PHP slow logging.
I installed it so far after this tutorial:
How To Set Up Apache2 With mod_fcgid And PHP5 On Debian Squeeze.
But since I have a lot of different users using my server, I would like to enable it with only one configuration for all sites that lets the pages be executed by www-data as usual.
I created only one wrapper instead:
with the content
#!/bin/sh PHPRC=/etc/php5/cgi/ export PHPRC export PHP_FCGI_MAX_REQUESTS=5000 export PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN=8 exec /usr/lib/cgi-bin/php
and added this at the end in my
/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default outside after the
<IfModule mod_fcgid.c> SuexecUserGroup www-data www-data Options +ExecCGI AddHandler fcgid-script .php FCGIWrapper /var/www/php-fcgi-scripts/php-fcgi-starter .php </IfModule>
But this doesen't work. If I disable SuexecUserGroup, it works a bit better: I can call scripts in my
http://localhost/ folder, but no other hosts work, I get the error
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
there is nothing about that error in the server error log
