I've created a Sharepoint Foundation Server instance in Amazon EC2 (inside a VPC) which has a connection into my internal, non-Active Directory, LDAP (I've opened the LDAP port to Sharepoint IP).
I can reach the internal DNS server via ping.
The Sharepoint server is not a member of my domain.
I want to be able to allow a user to use his/her domain account to authenticate into one of my Sharepoint sites from anywhere in the world.
Right now all I can do is give permissions to local Windows users.
How do I configure Sharepoint to allow my domain users to authenticate, and allow me to set permissions to sites using their internal domain names/passwords?
