In the Oracle system, it is normal to install the software at the location of your choosing, in accordance with whatever the convention is in your organization then a user sets the environment variable ORACLE_HOME to that location and adds $ORACLE_HOME/bin to their PATH. So when you run sqlplus you actually get $ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus. This means for example that you can have different versions installed and switch between them by changing ORACLE_HOME (useful for testing, upgrades, server consolidation, etc). My question is how best to express this in an AppArmor profile? Is it necessary to hard-code the actual location? Thanks!
