Can anyone recommend a good Wake on Lan tool for Windows?

Either a commandline/windows app/script to send the "magic packet" and turn on a computer.

I use command line and GUI implentations for WakeOnLan available from Depicus.

This worked really well and was easy to use. Thanks – John Sibly May 1 '09 at 8:48

We use the "Wake On Lan" tool. It has a nice user interface, works very well and it's free.

SolarWinds Wake-On-LAN (free registration required).

I've used the wol tool from Thomas Krennwallner. It compiles on Unix and Windows under Cygwin.

+1 This worked well for me. Thanks – Dusty Nov 22 '09 at 20:59
