I've created a custom admin role, having CsUserAdministrator as a template. Then I've added a user to the proper AD group. When I try to enable new Lync user I get following error:

When I try to enable same user from Lync Control Panel it works fine.

Do I need to grant permissions for each Lync user administrator to SQL server explicitly? Or I just missed something?
