I've inherited a SourceOne server and nobody in my organisation has any ideas how it works (no hand over no documentation!).
The website for searching emails is:
I can log in with any user in my domain, but nobody can search for emails archived from our exchange server other than the SourceOne admin user.
If I login with my account, I can't see my emails/items or any folders.
Has this been set up incorrectly?
I want a user to be able to search their emails only (have I understood the product?).
Where is the user permissions managed?
