Server Fault is a question and answer site for system and network administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

We are using the Help Desk Ultimate module to manage our support requests (tickets).

Unfortunately, the module ignores incoming emails from the IMAP-Account since several days.

  • We don't have issues connecting to the mail account directly by a client

  • New tickets that have been sent by our contact form are listed

  • Server and configuration are untouched

The maillog seems to be clean too, take a look:

Jun 14 11:07:19 imapd: auth: starting client module
Jun 14 11:07:19 imapd: IMAP connect from @ [::ffff:127.0.0.1] ACCEPT, username support@myshop.tld
Jun 14 11:07:19 imapd: LOGIN, user=support@myshop.tld, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], protocol=IMAP
Jun 14 11:07:23 imapd: 1371200843.77864 LOGOUT, user=support@myshop.tld, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], headers=5078, body=557918, rcvd=699, sent=1907964, maildir=/var/qmail/mailnames/myshop.com/service/Maildir

Any help is seriously welcome.

Probably it would be a good idea if you ask someone from aheadWorks to answer the question here. –  Vinai Jun 14 '13 at 16:35

Seems like a sys admin question better suited to server fault. –  Alan Storm Aug 7 '13 at 3:09
