I have an issue with SNMP on Debian. ifInOctets and ifOutOctets only refresh the value when I restart SNMP service service snmpd restart

Is there something I am missing ?

EDIT : A request with snmpwalk (interface 3 is eth0, 1 is loopback)

root@*******:/home/****# snmpwalk -v1 -cpublic localhost ifoutOctets
IF-MIB::ifOutOctets.1 = Counter32: 2555767860
IF-MIB::ifOutOctets.2 = Counter32: 0
IF-MIB::ifOutOctets.3 = Counter32: 4292922043
IF-MIB::ifOutOctets.4 = Counter32: 0
IF-MIB::ifOutOctets.5 = Counter32: 0
IF-MIB::ifOutOctets.6 = Counter32: 0

this request won't update any values of ifTable until I restart the snmpd
