Server Fault is a question and answer site for professional system and network administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

From last few days I am having a issue is:

My site automatically goes down. After Restart All Services from wamp option or restart apache server from wamp icon initially it seem to work fine, for an hour more or less. However after some period of time, all web sites suddenly become entirely unavailable from outside, only the localhost works on the web server.

When I tried to test port 80 when the site is down, it gives a message like below:-

Your port is actully used by:
-

Usually when it works normal it give the message:-

Your port is actully used by:
Server: Apache/2.4.4 (Win64) PHP/5.4.12

During the site down I do not find any request in the access log file of the website also no error in the error log file. So from this I only figure out that web request made during this time does not reach to apache webserver.

Also httpd -d DUMP_VHOSTS is able to return the active virtual hosts. So it is not a problem of virtual host.

This is the cofigration of Server we are using:-

OS :-Windows Server 2012 R2
System Type:- 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Apache Version:- 2.4.4
PHP Version:- 5.4.12
MySql Version:- 5.6.12

We are using virtual host on the server. To Use the following

Main Website (for prod)
Test Website (for Dev)
Main Website Bolg (WordPress)
Some Web Services.

When I searched about this problem on stack overflow I found this link is similar :- http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20549404/apache-2-4-2-2-4-4-on-wamp-windows-server-2008-r2-stops-responding-to-reques?rq=1

I tried the solution. I have added EnableMMAP off, EnableSendfile off in my httpd.conf but still it is not working.
