Apache executes the php code irrespective of content length. I have set LimitRequestBody to 1 and send a http packet with content length 100. The output looks like this(which has php output also appended along the error document)

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    <html><head>
    <title>413 Request Entity Too Large</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Request Entity Too Large</h1>
    The requested resource<br />/index.php<br />
    does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in
    the request exceeds the capacity limit.
    <hr>
    <address>Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 8080</address>
    </body></html>
    <html>===>php response
    HOME
    </html>

The client gets response code as 413 but apache logs response code as 200. Apache version Apache/2.2.22. Has anybody faced it? Is it a bug with an apache? Ps: No proxy used
