You've been on SO 3 months and asked nearly 300 questions... you should know better than to ask stuff like this here. – gnovice Aug 25 '09 at 14:48
@gnovice: I have seen such things over ten times today. UTC +1. Question -1. – WTP Aug 25 '09 at 14:50

Download the installer. Double click the icon. Follow the prompts given by the wizard.

… just like almost every other bit of Windows software.

Download and run WAMPserver? I've not used it myself, but it seems fairly straightforward.

I've run the WAMPserver project before. The software is complete and has all the functionality you'd expect, but lags in terms of keeping up with the latest releases from its upstream providers (Apache, PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin, etc.) – A. Scagnelli Aug 25 '09 at 15:09
