Have you deactivated your windows firewall?

Seems like your webserver is only listening on the loopback interface. You may try a left-click on the wamp icon and choose put online.

You should just be able to type the IP and the port you've used (defauly 80 for WAMP iirc). Eg 192.168.0.5:80 Is the server able to be accessed locally? Is it online? Is your firewall blocking it (shouldn't be blocking port 80 but check anyway)

I've hit the button to turn it online, and it does work from my local computer. Firewall doesn't even seem to exist. (windows server 2000)

I noted that turning off skype before running, magically solve this issue. If you are not using skype think about other apps that could be using same range ports.

Can you provide any more details, like what port apache is listening on? Look in the http.conf file. Are you just using the IP, or do you have a DNS set up? Can you ping the computer with WAMP from other computers on your network?
