Cisco AnyConnect with Automatic Proxy Configuration

Question

My Cisco AnyConnect 2.3 client isn't able to connect to my VPN through a corporate firewall. The client works fine on other networks. There is a automatic proxy configuration on the corporate network that uses a PAC file. Do I need to configure the AnyConnect client to use the PAC file?
