Dose anyone know of any websites that have "valuable" reviews of IT related software products?

If you are searching mainly for enterprise ready open source software then the EOS Directory could be of interest to you. But it is not only about IT related software.

Like InfoWorld's reviews, perhaps? They're always my first point of reference. Highly technical; they outline their whole test process; written in a way that even C-levels can understand, though :)

A secondary source is ComputerWorld - I've found their reviews to be a little more "businessy" than technical, but maybe that's my impression.

on http://tweakers.net/ you can find al sorts of reviews (this is as mentioned only in dutch)

a few that come to mind is souceforge.net and twocows
lifehacker has some user software
slashdot in the reviews section points to -> http://fossfor.us/recent%5Freviews
even Wikipedia has reviews (but not listed as such) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List%5Fof%5FERP%5Fsoftware%5Fpackages then just click on the software to read about it
