What would you recommend as hosting providers for setting up an email server? The factors under consideration would be
- The server is going to be used to mail thousands of users (not unsolicited, of course)
- It needs to fulfill antispam considerations like having an IP which is not in a blacklisted address space
- Gives direct (ssh) access to the server machine.
