I have two servers, one running SQL2008 and SS Reporting Services in SharePoint integrated mode and another server running MOSS 2007. The integration mode set up in Central Admin is Trusted Account.

I can deploy reports using BIDS etc and run report fine that have a data connection that uses Sql Server authentication only. If I try and run a report that uses a data connection with Windows integrated authentication I get an error.

I've read a bunch on this today but just need a little clarification.

Can I run reports with windows authenticated data sources if I choose Trusted Account for Integration Mode?

Is the only way I can run windows authenticated data source reports if I use Windows Authentication for the Integration Mode and have Kerberos set up?

Which error are you running into specifically? – Thomas Vochten Dec 5 '09 at 8:44
This data source is configured to use Windows integrated security. Windows integrated security is either disabled for this report server or your report server is using Trusted Account mode. – Richard Edwards Dec 7 '09 at 12:01
