I have the books to study for exams but for revision it's very difficult to go through whole book. Is there any place where i can get the PowerPoint slides? Like the lecture slides for various topics for Microsoft exams. Maybe some University lectures but I don't know whether some teach these subjects or not.

I've always found the slides very easy to come by. They are supplied as part of the course materials you receive when attending the course. – John Gardeniers Jan 5 '10 at 2:57
