Oh, ok I understand. But that forces me to save all the files inside the public folder, right? Isn't it that very insecure?

Yeah, I messed up, I meant DirectoryIndex, not "DefaultIndex". But how can I make users enter only through www.example.com and not www.example.com/index.php if that's even possible?

I didn't know PHP could cause a 500 error! When I hosted it on my on computer (with XAMPP) it never happened. And yeah, I saw the log and the error was there, thanks a lot to both
