comment SSL cipher suite usage statistics based on captured data
the answer will be server OS-specific as well as web server-specific - voting to migrate to serverfault

comment Is it necessary to purchase an OID for ADCS?
@JimB because it appears to be a MS-specific configuration question.

comment SNORT only alerting on inbound traffic
If you run a packet capture on the Snort box, can you see the traffic you generated to the non-Snort destinations? If not, then your problem is a networking one.

comment nmap results to find open ports for SIP
I'm not sure this is an InfoSec question, but a network troubleshooting.

comment Website inaccessible on some university/workplace networks
This isn't an InfoSec problem, but a site admin problem. Being the victim of a DoS attack won't get you blocked.

comment google recaptcha V2 on apache shared server: How to get it to work with SSL
This answer is still undecipherable. "Add the thing to the other thing"? What domain? Can you use the OP's data to help provide relevance and context to what you are trying to say?

This is a tomcat-specific config question. You'll have better luck on ServerFault.

This is really a server config question. Flag this question for migration and we'll get it to the right place.

comment FortiBalancer and IE TCP issues
@karyhead No - the servers are sending packets that fill the window, not that they are sending notice of a full window. Clients are both local and remote.

comment Failed PCI DSS Compliance
Running netstat on your PC is meaningless. The report specifically says that the problem is with the router, not your PC. You need to change the configuration of your router to stop hosting the admin page on port 80 and use HTTPS instead.

comment Server 2012 explorer.exe missing after failed patch
Registry reports the shell as explorer.exe. I tried copying one from a sister server, but it didn't work.

explorer.exe is literally not on the HDD. Edited question to clarify that.

comment Block a website on HTTPS and allow it on HTTP (to enforce Safesearch)
Redirecting HTTPS to HTTP for YouTube at a proxy is the better way.

comment suppress output of hping in Linux
This put me on the alternate track of: hping3 10.1.1.1 -c 1 2> /dev/null, which displays the packet results, but not the summary statistics at the end. Thank you everyone.
