@KyleSmith I think you didn't get the point of my question. I am not saying I can not bind it. I can bind. Problem is its only accessible from local host but not from outer world.

Yes, But later I'll run it under a user. May be sudo -u usename /opt/project1/run.py -p 80 will do it?

Thanks for pointing me out. It was indeed firewall issue. BTW, I bind it to 0.0.0.0:80. I can see that by netstat

Sorry. I actually wrote it wrong. /19 should be /21 for bgp route reflector and /17 would be /19 what I have calculated for the range found in apnic for IP 123.200.7.22. So I think its better to use /19. Thanks

@MikePennington But I use /17 it holds all of them. The question is will it work?

If any ISP rented IPs of range XXX.YYY.0.0 - XXX.YYY.31.255, It can be assumed all the IPs are near my WAN interface. So I want to route all the traffic to those IPs through WAN. For this which netmask should I use? For the result of 123.200.7.22 in apnic /19 seems hold all the IPs. /17 does not hold all. /24 holds only 254 hosts. I want to know which should cover all the Hosts serving by that IP range. If I use /19 There will be 8190 hosts. And I believe I should add more entry to routing entry. For the rest 2 bits I have to add 4 more entry to the routing table.
