Are you requesting the resource on localhost? If so it might be because the errorMode defaults to DetailedLocalOnly. Try <httpErrors errorMode="Custom">

comment Script to know the status of user accounts created, modified and deleted
@user255920 No, it was more to convey the message that: SF is not a script-writing service. We expect people to DO and ask questions about specific problems they encounter, more specific than "not working for me".

You wait five minutes for me to write a proper answer ;-)

That's a pretty meaningless statement. What do you want, what have you tried and how did it fail to meet your expectations?

@Colyn1337 The second example that you claim "does not work either" - how did you come to that conclusion? If I use your example param() block, correct the Collection typo and call GetType() on $Properties inside the body of the scriptblock, it returns the correct type - and the Add() method works flawlessly

comment Format-List in Powershell-Function not working
Maybe you can return the $certprops object to a global variable inside write-certdetails. [object[]]$global:certs += $certprops

comment In server 2008 R2, if I run an app in administrator's mode, will child process still be in the same mode?
Without knowing what type of "app" you're running and the way it launches child processes, I don't think we're going to be able to help you further

comment What permissions are required for a domain user to login to a domain machine?
Yes, but the manager usually let's you connect either by RDP or Console, you need to use the console option, otherwise you are in using RDP (Hyper-V Manager just launches a remote desktop session for you)

Right-click the VM in Hyper-V Manager and launch the VM Console rather than connect using RDP - that is the equivalent of logging on locally
