You can see the memory priority in Process Explorer by double clicking on the executable's name, opening the "Performance" tab, and under "Physical Memory" is an entry for "Memory Priority"

I've done the same with RDP on Server 2003 - it substantially cut down on the amount of failed authentication entries in Event Viewer.
