try /etc/iptables.rules on CentOS/REDHAT its' in /etc/sysconfig/iptables, try do locate iptables

so there you go, you have a rule that logs everything, comment that rule out restart your firewall and you're done!

I've tried to do that few times and I was not able to accomplished that (tried it w/: PIX, ASA). I can't really give you too many details as I guess I dont understand that well myself, but as far as I know it's just simply not possible. I'm surprised to hear that you were able to get it to work w/ 2821
