@MichaelHampton I request my client to get an update meanwhile, but I still would like to get rid of that notice if it's possible...

@MichaelKjörling, It's probably one of the plugins that is used for that wordpress instance is causing it, since it's just notice I'd like to "hide" it by not displaying that notice.

comment Cron jobs running 9hours 15min late
again, there is no issue with cron as it executes according to schedule that is set, your app/script is doing something funky, but that's not related to crond. schedule another job of a simple script that does nothing but output date into a file and check that file, you'll see that it'll execute and write timeout in time of script executed (without any delays).

your logs shows that DS_Daily.sh was executed 22:01:01, your logs maybe reflect when it's done, instead of when it starts? i'd suggest to look into your app, this is not cron issue.

yes, configure your mysql-server to do ssl, workbench supports ssl as well.

... once you connect via RDP, you still need workbench to do your stuff, so why not install it on your computer locally instead of RDP to remote host to run same software? plus RDP = lag.

I mask service per your answer, however the outcome wasn't what I was expecting as I no longer was able to login into my system, even after I restart it, after ssh'ing to system and unmask service back and followed by reboot, I'm back in)
