comment mysqltuner: Thread cache is disabled
looks right to me, but then again it's not working and one of the reason could be due to all those errors while mysqld starting up.

I see a lot of errors, that may cause mysqld not to run properly, i'd do backup of all databases now, wipe out datadir and restore databases, bottom line you need to make sure you're not getting any errors while starting mysqld.

try to stop mysqld, start it and check logs and update your question.

@lVlint67 location-php.include is in _include directory (if it'd be in wrong directory /index.php wouldn't work either, but it does) I tried using $request_filename and/or $document_root$fastcgi_script_name

@Samosa check logs, also try to create another user and do not include it to root group.

@RogerSherman I assume it "works", but /browse.php was never meant to be executed directly without /index.php, but at least it's not spitting out raw PHP code.

comment My terminal returns ;5A;5D;5B;5C whenever I use CTRL+arrow
I assume you're referring for /etc/inputrc or ~/.inputrc on my Linux as I don't have that in my FreeBSD. I found few lines for freebsd (beginning-of-line and of end-of-line) I tested it and it works. I'll paste it to my question so everyone can see.

@mihi My Linux $TERM is xterm-256color and after ssh in to FreeBSD, it's still same (I'm on physical Linux workstation). After running screen, $TERM changes to screen-256color with same effect.

@lVlint67 index.php and browse.php are not the same, and browse.php isn't missing <?php also running php browse.php does not output php code (it executes it). This is Glype (proxy script).

I think using expect probably is your best bet...

@HopelessN00b Both device and osdevice were set to unknown. Azure used bcedit /set to set correct values, unfortunately that did not help to start Windows, so they're getting another screenshot.
