Thank you for your answer, this is in fact what I have done. After managing to sync my php settings throughout each subscription and each subdomain, everything was working fine. The only thing that is not working is loading extensions using the additional parameters text box. I think this is a bug though

@JohnThePro, I respect your comment with regards to linux servers, I in fact work on several windows servers myself and I agree that in certain areas they are better, least of all, you are able to control them with a mouse and keyboard unlike CentOS! However, when it comes to control and administration, as long as you are familiar with shell script, Linux blow windows out of the water.

Thank you for your reply. My memory limit is set to 128MB which could very easily use up all the memory available pretty quickly. However, I am not aware of any PHP scripts that would use this sort of memory, especially on such a regular basis. In addition, my server is not running out of memory so why cant qmail just take the memory from there as opposed to going through apache?
