comment Error when defragging Exchange Server 2010 mailbox Database
Why are you trying to defrag it in the first place? You are generally better off moving all the mailboxes to a new database, which can be done online with no service interruption.

Privileged doesn't mean administrator or anything like that - it means you can assign them privileges. You can make a privileged user able to do as much or as little as you want.

Why would you want to make unprivileged users the ticket owner? Typically the owner is the person working on the ticket, which means they at least need enough permissions to see the ticket (and usually, but not necessarily: comment, reply and close)

comment Install a SATA SSD in hot swap server
Does the drive show up in the RAID config? Either in lifecycle controller, Dell OpenManage software, or iDRAC? I could be wrong, but I don't think that controller does passthrough by default - so you have to configure the new drive before it will show up in windows.

comment How to setup monitoring of nodes behind firewall
Are you planning to install the monitoring system at the same location (just on the other side of a firewall), or would the monitoring system connect to the production network over the internet?

comment Two-Node Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V Cluster: Is it possible use local physical disks in the cluster?
@gravyface To remove the VM from failover clusters, just right click it and add the choose remove. VM will still exist in hyper-v manager on the host. To put a VM back to failover cluster manager, right click Roles -> Configure Role -> Virtual Machine. All the non-clustered VMs will show up for you to import. Then you just have to move the storage.
