@peterhahndorf I did test it maybe 3-4 months ago when dealing with upgrading all my certs to sha256. At that time chrome had no issues. Maybe chrome has changed its preferred ciphers since then.

@benjaminjones it is part of SCEP. The same exe is probably used in defender and security essentials because they are all based on the same code, but this is definitely part of endpoint protection.
