I'm a full time database programmer and occasional all-around coder. Started with dBase II in DOS, used Clipper, Paradox, Access 1.0 through 2007, and now .NET VB / SQL Server / Windows Forms / Developer Express Components. Yeah, I'm pretty old.

SQL Server 2008 Web edition - access from another IIS?
Are you sure about this? I asked a similar question on Stack Overflow (bit.ly/yjs50r) and was told that SQL Web Edition does support remote connections. Perhaps that's not the same thing as "remote T-SQL end points"? I'm not expert in this area, please enlighten me!
