The instructions state to set the account to "user cannot change password" and "never expires". I wonder if just creating a new user and putting him in the administrator group would be enough. The instructions state to change some Local Security Policy rights to the administrators group and I do have to add the impersonation service account to the administrators group anyway. I was just wondering if it took a specific process to impersonate a service account.

No time is what I need. I want to benchmark how long it takes to run the command but I want to do it on Windows so I can do it in a batch file.
