After setting back my inner geek by joining the army for 4 years, I have been working in IT as a "jack of all trades" for over 9 years now.

I started my career on a help desk, quickly moving in to a System Administration role managing several Windows servers, with Oracle, SQL Server as well as several custom systems.

After a few years, I found my skills were better suited for software development, which I have spend the most time on, but I still enjoy a good server, and use system administration to be a productive break from development when time and conditions allow.

I have specialized in MS development specifically in LOB applications written in VB, and C#, ( more c# than VB ), both WinForms, and now WPF as well as ASP/ASP.NET.

I did an initial copy by hand using robocopy before setting up the replication.

This looks to be pretty close to perfect for what I need.

I ended up running the "Best Practices tool" in exchange and it pointed me to this very same location. I believe the problem I am having is related to a legacy exchange server still in AD, but long since decommissioned. Thanks.

I have no idea where the logs are being stored. The installer isn't telling me, ( or more likley I'm not seeing it tell me ).

This is the value I have here: /o=RUSSOUND/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=POWERHOG As best I can tell, the only thing wrong here is the cn=Configuration doesn't belong.
