I change the loopback address to DNS server provided by my hosting service provider, but nothing changed. Still the same error message. Do I have to restart something after modyfying resolv.conf?

The computers are windows based, but there is nmap for windows and it works fine. Nmap was the only tool that works in this situation. Thank you.
