Right now doing masking for both NFS and SMB for nobody:nobody. Not the most secure option, but right now it allows both OS's to use the highest performing FS.

opsguy is correct. Those settings are both 1, it is retaining information, just some some point its gotten "stuck". the website can update it but nagios cannot. Permissions must be askew some how.
