comment Need help converting wildcard CRT to PFX for use with Windows Azure
Still though, if you have a direct contact for them (an account manager or someone NOT in support) i would tell them that this has made you question your choice in doing business with them. That is a level of unprofessionalism that's disgusting. It is the support person's JOB to do the googleing, or to pass the call on to someone who knows more.

comment Make shell script executable upon extraction from zip
it works, and is simple to implement. what's the problem with that? also, i don't entirely know what you're talking about with a small script in usr/bin. an alias is just the solution i know of that would work.

Alright then, is there anything i could do, to your knowledge of course, not involving exchange? some sort of script to scan outgoing emails and attach something? I'm not trying to be difficult or anything, just looking for some sort of solution. If you don't think there is one, i'll move on with plan B.

Yeah, i saw the product from codetwo, but i was really hoping for some solution not involving hundreds of dollars. It doesn't even have to be through exchange transport rules, just so long as it works.
